CHECK YOUR SPAM FOLDER!
Yes, an unfortunate reality these days, which every online business faces, is that that even emails that confirm a purchase gets sent to a spam folder. Sometimes it is even blocked and never arrives!
It happens that frustrated customers accuse us of scam (understandably so) when their product isn’t delivered. But the problem was in fact these email providers that bock emails. (Hotmail is notorious for this)
If the email doesn’t arrive in your regular inbox, here is the solution:
1) Check your spam folder
If not there, then:
2) Add support@thesingingzone.com to your approved senders list.
3) Email support@thesingingzone.com and request that the email be sent again.
Then you get the email with the log in and we can enjoy the session.
